Landline phone out of order from 2 days

I am jugal kishore vyas 59 yers old costomer of bsnl landline and from last 2 days my landline phone number 0291 2656400 was out of order from 3 june and after complaining to concern department their was no action has been taken from the bsnl jodhpur and before this problem i have also faced many problem regarding to my bsnl broadband also on this same connection so plese kindly help me out from this trouble bsnl department officers
