I have applied for shifting of our residential telephone on 22.05.2010 along with all the necessary documents. The order for shiting the phone was prepared on hte same day. I was informed that the shifting will take about one week's time. Now it is about to one month since I have applied for the same without any result. When I have re-visited the BSNL office, twice, meanwhile, I was assured that it will be over in one or two days.
Can you please help me in getting the telephone reconnected at the earliest?
