Not working scince last 3 months

Dear Sir,

My Telephone 0492 2272243, is not working properly for the last 3 months. I am not able to use broadband connection of this phone. I have given the complaint to the concerned department officers for so many times and i have not received proper response from them.

Please register a complaint for telephone not working, and make it working at the earliest.
