My home BSNL landline No 91 2422 267077 (Registered of my fathers name - Vasant Waman Bhalerao) is not functioning due to damage in cable coming from exchange to phone since 4 weeks. I am working in USA (America) and like to talk to my parents several times. Whenever i call from here it just rings at exchange and i was assume may be no one at home. This is ridiculous, If line is dead why incoming caller gets a ring? My family made so may complaints to Telephone exchange but there is no proper response from the officers.
Kindly request you look in to this matter and rectify the fault as soon as possible. If not possible to resolve the issue then please terminate the connection so look for some other alternative.
