LANDLINE NOT WORKING FROM MARCH

My landline (0422) 2629353 and the broadband connection through it have not been working from 25th March. After repeated complaints to BSNL staff and A letter to the Editor of a newspaper, I have been provided a wireless connection. But its performance as a telephone and interconnection through it hve been extremely erratic, slow and undependable. Even after 4 months my regular landline is not functioning.

On 29th July one BSNL staff visited my home, looked at the instrument, asked us where the connection is coming from outside and left without doing anything.

Next day (30/7) two persons from BSNL come at 2p.m, look at the site where the external connection comes in, again leaves without doing anything, saying that they have not had lunch and will come back the next day.

After that nobody has come at all and our phone remains dysfunctional.

Yet on 30/7 I receive a message on my cell phone, from BSNL Portal, saying that my telephone has been repaired 0n 29th July!!!

My repeated attemts to contact the Engineer or the Lineman from the local exchange have not been successful, because neither of them attends the calls.

So here am I still stuck with a BSNL phone and broadband connection not working at all even AFTER 4 MONTHS AND 1 WEEK.
