Landline phone not shifting

Dear Sir/madam,

I have submitted my application for landline phone shifting from my earlier location to my current location on 22.07.10 bearing tel number 05122583724. But till date i am waiting for the phone shifting. I have taken the landline for internet services only and due to non-availability of the same i am now bearing losses in my work.

I am in continue touch with local BSNL team in lakhanpur kanpur, but they had said that cables are faulty right now and it will take more time for resolution.

I request the higher authorities to kindly intervene for earliest resolution of my complaint.
