My Phone number is 0129-2438278.Since last two months the phone is not working properly. suddenly it gets dead for 20 minutes, after that it starts working properly and also broadband internet services is not very good as well. Internet connection gets disconnected any instant of time. We have callled BSNL Faridabad office several times but all in vain. No action has been taken against this.
Please let me know if you are unable to take any action against this then shall we discontinue the BSNL service?
Please instead of calling and asking about issue, send any of your employee and resolve this issue asap. Hoping for an early action.
