TELEPHONE NOT WORKING

I have registered complaint with BSNL online complaint stating that the landline 080 25716315 is not working and is lying dead since one week I was allotted a docket No: 0810/275 on 06.08.2010 and 0810/478 on dated 09.08.2010

When I verified the status of the complaint in the net it is shown that the complaint is attended

But practically the telephone is lying dead since more than one week. I have lodged complaint even on 25712198 but after receiving the complaint the line cuts off automatically without even giving the docket number of the complaint

It is a very pathetic situation that BSNL being a privatised Government enterprise not attending to the complaints being booked by its customers

I would also like to bring to your kind notice this type of partial services from BSNL on this line in almost regular - it is also not out of place to mention that many a times we are made to pay the bills even though it goes dead many a times on lines

When we enquired with the staff of BSNL they have told that due to earthwork excavation this type of services getting disconnected often happens. But my question is does it take days together for BSNL to connect the line for services
