Message can not be send

My name is Haard Shah, I am using BSNL service since 2 years.

Recently i am not able to send message to any one. When i try to send message, it says "Sending Fail"

I have asked too many times to customer care service. They says that it will be OK by 24 hrs., But nothing has been done yet.
