I am Pankajakshan nair M.N., Kallarackal-puthenpura, Pindimana, Kothamangalam, have utilised your esteemed company, BSNL faclity for land line users to get Pre-paid mobile number. I applied for the same today, 6th Sep'2010 and have been alloted a number which is quite different from Land line number. My present land line connection is allocated on OYT basis after paying Rs.10, 000/- with broad band connection. I hope that I am a genuine person for BSNL to get the same land line number as my pre-paid mobile number. The present Land line number is 0485-2826555 and the Pre-paid mobile number which is issued today is 9400476855. On enquiry, I was told, that number might have been issued earlier to some other customer, hence not possible to get the same as your Land line connection. I was not pleased with the answer from the personnel in charge for issuing Prepaid numbers. There will be several excuses from your side and do not understand the method and philosophy in issuing Pre-paid connection based on Land line number.
Is it a business idiology for getting customers? I was very nuch happy with BSNL even I have other cellular connections monthly paying more than Rs:5000 for international calls. I hope you will understand my issue and will do the needful positivey.
