Egarding validity period

Actually i took the bsnl Sim nearly 4 years ago, and whenever the validity expires they use to inform and thus i was consulting costumer care and i was following the procedures... but this time they didn't inform me about the validity expiry... and no costumer will look up to the validity period when he checks the balance every time.. this is general but they didn't informed me.. so now its turned to general plan which is very costly... nearly 350 to recharge and to reduce the call rates, once again we have to under go recharge... this is all because of them, if they informed me even on the last day of expiry, i defiantly follow what they said... really they cheated me...
