My BSNL landline phone is dead since 30th Aug. On 01/09, I lodged complaint at computerised no.198 at Roorkee, telecom distt. Hardwar (docket no. 23436), which remained outstanding for 3/4 days but phone remained dead and the complaint was erased by them on their own accord. On 06/09 I again lodged complaint (docket no. 23582) which also went in vain. I then contacted the lineman of this area who told me that there is some earthing due to rain and the office has to depute cableman to rectify the underground fault. Phone still remained dead and loadged a complaint for the third time on 10/09 (docket no. 23769). I dont know the fate of this complaint but my phone is continuously dead since 30th Aug. Although broadband internet is working to my solace but phone is lying idle and dead. None at exchane or BSNL office at Roorkee is responding. I being a heart patient suffering with lumber problem, and severe pulmonary obstruction, can not clime the stairs of BSNL office. As such I can not understand whom to contact. Can this site please help me get my phone come in order.
