My telephone no.2542400 properly working at my old place i.e. sector-20 upto
23rd march'2010. I had apply for shifting my landline phone from sector-20 to sector-19 -C - BLOCK, due to shifting of my house. After apply in 27/3/10, the shifted connection will start in mid of may'2010. I request the Incharge that my bill is to be adjusted, than he will deduct 15 days rent and the matter was closed. After two months, my phone is always disterbed and not working properly, I always pay the dues of BSNL, Why they are not provide me best services. Pl. help me.
