My land line no..0124-2218934 is dead for last 12 days. I have complained at 198 (docket no is 18112/28-9-10). I have also complained at exchange but nobody has done ansomething except assurance... this is happenening every month phone is working only for few days... i don't understand what they want... how can i disconnect this phone..
