Got message on 8th of october at 3.08am in the midnight, that 30rs. deducted for content renewal and your request for that successfully accepted.
As the truth is i never request for any such service.
Only 1paise per sms scheme is activated on my mobile.
after deducting 30rs. bsnl again deducted my 15 rs.
i called 1503 and 18001801503 but nobody picking up phone and co-ordination till now is zero.
i registered in customer grievances column via internet
and also e-mail this problem to mr. br singh who is the nodal officer of kalyan telecom/bsnl.
plz give my money back.
