Bsnl mobile complain no. 4303852 lodged on 22.09.2010 for not activating miss call alert facility. Customer care people says the complained solved & it is closed everytime. but still as on date it not yet solved. Customer care people just giving excuses & are saying transfering to senior authority. After transfering no one receives & finally i have to disconnect the call otherwise there is no meaning for waiting more den 15 minutes on line just to listen the default message of bsnl.
