Hi,
We installed BSNL brodband (0120-2405521) one month back for internet usage. From the onset there are problems with the Modem installed at my place. We lodged the complaint several times and once the modem was changed by BSNL but the problem is recurring and very irritating.
We tried to contact BSNL customer care but got very disappointing response which made me express my pain here.
Please help me and resolve this problem.
