Registration problem

I am a subsriber of BSNL land line with broadband facility. I wish to pay the bills online to BSNL. I comes under Ernakulam BSNL and I am unable to register or make payments at the Ernakulam BSNL site. The site reports invalid consumer number / invalid telephone number. My telephone number is 04864274477 and consumer number is 92367062.
