My mobile No. 09424394525. I had received a spl massage from BSNl that my account has been debited by Rs. 28/- for renual charges of CRBT for which i had never requested.
Similarly after verification of old massage i find that the first time they had activatd CRBT with out my request and had charged Rs. 28/- on 30/9 but i wa not alert on that occation.
Please arrange to re-credit of Rs. 56/- (debited twice Rs. 28/-) as i had never requested for such BSNL CRBT activation.
BSNL CRBT activation may also be discontinue with immediate effect.
