Bsnl land line not working

Dear Sir,

My name is N S John from mathoor, Pathanamthitta. I have one Bsnl land Line with No.0468-2352238. This phone is dead in 2nd Nov. I have complaint many times using 198, direct complaint to exchange, call to local service man etc. No one initiate till this time to solve my phone problem. my phone exchange is Kaipattor in Pathanamthitta. Please help me for the same otherwise kindly close my connection.
