I have a bsnl prepaid connection (9402841479). Since 03 Nov I can not make any local/STD call from my BSNL mobile because when I make a call i hear only system reply "apke iss number par yeh subhida uplabhad nahi hai". I have submit a complaint to c care On Nov 03. Complaint No. is 6338081. Pl solve my problem.
