Deduction of my money

Dear sir,

i m using BSNL network through my Cell phone, 16-01 Evening after 4PM

i see my cell phone there have a massage your last call charge 30 Rs, but can not call any where and also i don't recved any campony call, then see my massage one massage have come THROUGH 51234030 no. in this massage writen " RAHMAN BSNL Alerts is active. Rs.30 per month. dail *456*124#, if you wish to dct.@"

i don't activate any kind of service then how it's activate my cell phone model is Nokia N97 so through this model no chance to by mistake any activation i call costomer care, but they response they r not awear any deduction from my no.

how it's possible network provider is not aware about any deduction.

so, plz i requset you sir so need full action about this kind of froud, hear not a matter of 30 Rs but this type of lot's of 30 Rs deduct many pepole.
