I'm fed up with the customer care service of BSNL when ever i called no is there to attend the calls, when i go to near by telephone exchange they give me some numbers to call but the result was the same, there are so many numbers printed on telephone bill but no use, when i tried the number of nodal officer he too dont took the phone, i'm also using a bsnl gsm mobile from that too we cant get the customer care executive the call is put on hold for 15-20 mins after that there is no response and we have to end the call...
Is there any solution for this??
I knw this is not going to change but there are lots of other customers like me..
