Deduction of Main balanace after recharging Free top up for free calls to Local BSNL Numbers

Sir this is Alok Ranjan Biswal a customer of BSNL India having Mobile Number -8895278050 recharge my BSNL Number with Rs300/- for Local free call (All BSNL Numbers in Orissa). I register my complain with Customer care 10 Days Ago but there is no response from their side. So Please help me, the validation of this top up is 30 days. I use it for 4 days only already 16 days gone. So please recover my Money or give me more time to avail this facility on that voucher.
