My name is Anil grover, i have to know about deactive the mobile radio services. Since 3 or 4months in mobile No. 9463689686 have automatically activated the service of MOBILE RADIO/MUSIC STATION. I am trying to Customer Service Centre using 9440024365. But they have not satisfied and not deactivate till to day. Customer service person have suggested dial 12630033 then press 4 next 5. But when dial 12630033, the songs are playing then no suggest any option.
So i request the customer care how to deactive the mobile radio by sending message.
