I have paid a bill online through bill desk (Visa bill pay). But the amount is not credited to my account even after the disconnection date, so I paid that bill manually. After that I received a mail from them informing that the bill is paid and the bill amount is debited to my VISA card. That is two payments are made to the same bill. What can I do?

I did contact BILLDESK: They also said that the BSNL is silent, When they tried to contact concerned officers.

I have been contacting many officers (including nodal officers) for this issue, they are always repeating that the amount will be adjusted in the next bill; after that I received three bills, no amount is adjusted up till now. Please help me with this issue
