Totaly failed company billing never correct

I opted for Broad band and the landline connection. my number was in name of other and i was not getting bill. i complained but nothing happend and finally after two months the problem corrected and i paid the bill even for the 1 non operation month. after paying bill the broad band did not started it took another two months.

now when broad band is on, excessive bill is being delivered.

BSNL is totally fraud people company. and i would sugest everyone not to go for BSNL Broadband. these person will harass you.
