Dear Sir,
I use bsnl prepaid mobile from last one & half year. I get almost ten messages & calls from bsnl per day. On 24th January'11 I saw that rs.30 is deducted from my balance without any information & I have not activated any services. I have complain three times in bsnl customer care, they booked my complain but give no response. First time I have complained on 25th January'11.The complain no is A25JH122564 which was informed me through message on 27th January'11.But they take no action & I again call at bsnl call center & they took my complain for second time as on dtd.5th February'11.The complain no. is BO5JH164885.But they have taken no action. I have recharge my mobile as on 20.02.11.by rs.30 & find rs.5 is deducted from my balance as on 24.02.11.
Please return my balance which was illegally deducted, other wise I will complain at consumer forum.
