Dear Sir,
I am Dipanshu Garg from Rajasthan circle and i am a BSNL prepaid customer. Now days BSNL has started deducting amount from our avilable balances on the name of verious services, al though we have not suscribe for the services and the dont have any confirmation from our side for activating the service. Many time i have spoken with the customer care, first of all the customer care number is not working once we connected to them they will give you a complaint no and thats all mean do nothing.
I am going to laungh a FIR against BSNL. If there is any other way to solve this please let me now.
