BSNL
Don't use land ph. still bill coming

I am in outside of WB, my mother at home, she don't use BSNL land line from Oct' Handset is totally detached from the connection, several time she inform BSNL people to disconnect the line, they always tell that we do that, she is not in a position to go to office and give a written as because she is suffering from cancer. Still BSNL send a Rs. 275 bill on a monthly basis, I can assure all that we don't use our land line. It's become a pain for me day by day. How that possible that they send the bill instead of disconnect the line. Although they write on the bill that if you don't pay the bill we will disconnect the line. So it's my heartiest request to BSNL please disconnect my land line.
