I am a BSNL customer. My postpaid no is 9422327425.On 18 March a caller tune was activated and charged Rs 30 before prior notice. The service no was 56700. On calling on this no they charged Rs 12 as changing the caller tune. Kindly give the proof of this activation. I kindly request you to deactivate this caller tune and do not activate such services without information. Please refund my charges. Please co-operate immediately or your service will be suspended.
