Telephone Bill

Dear Sir,

I am BSNL Land Line and Broadband user of from last 5 years. from last 4-5 months bills are coming too heavy and BSNL persons are not listening. As they have implemented SAP system and from Oct 10 to Dec 10 they have not provided telephone bills also. In last five years my average bill was Rs. 600 to 700 per month. but from last 4-5 month it is coming more than Rs. 1500/- per month. my phone is 0257-2255143 and account id is 1011325284.
