Lost sim&BSNL rejects taking a complaint for the lost SIM

Hi,

My name is C. Satya Prakash and my BSNL mobile number is 9490938110

Iam a resident of Secunderabad and I have lost my mobile on 3rd April at around 5.30 PM IST. I have called your customer care number and have tried to block my number.

The customer care executive confirmed all the details and asked for last 3 called numbers. Out of the 3 numbers I have provided, only 1 matched. How can anyone remember the numbers when the mobile is lost and what is the use of saving numbers with a name in the mobile? Is it possible to remember all the numbers that are stored in the phonebook. The bsnl excutive has not taken the complaint and asked me to visit the nearest bsnl store. The problem is tomorrow is a holiday as it is "Ugadi".

I request you to block this number immediately and am sending this email as a confirmation that bsnl has not taken any complaint for the lost sim although I have confirmed all the account details:
