My mobile no is 9474640684, on 13/4 Rs.42 was deducted from my balance. Previously my balance was Rs.55.24.A message send to me that thank you for downloading caller tune, monthly rental Rs.30 & download charge Rs.12.But I didn't send any request for caller tune I didn't know how BSNL do this type of fraud with customer. I want my money (Rs.42) back which was deducted by BSNL.
