A sum of Rs. 30 is being deducted from my prepaid mobile service on account of Beauty Tips without any prior intimation from me. I have complained BSNL customer care, unfortunately no action is being taken by them. Interestingly Beauty Tips in form of service message comes and displays on the screen, it can only read but never saved. No numbers are aslo seen in that particular message's viewing option. How is it possible to do so without obtaining any permisson from consumer?
