Not registering mobile no in DND

I am trying to register my mobile no (9423528093) in national do not call registry from but till date i failed to resister my no.

I have tried by sending message "START DND" to 1909. and also by calling to 1909.

When i tried in 2010 i get message as "It will take 45 days to register no in DND registry." but yet not register.

from feb/ mar when I tried lot of times to register no, I get mesages as "You will get registration number in 24 hours." till date i didn't get any registration number.

I can connect once to 1909 custmore care but it also failed.

Now I can not connect to customer care also. This is very irritating and fustrating

I have evidence of sent and received messages.

Can anyone help me?
