I applied for a land line telephone at BSNL Pathankot and accordingly on having been allotted telephone No. 0186-2247199 I paid DEPOSIT CHARGES on 15 Feb vide BSNL cash receipt No. PKT2050115021100143 against D.N. No. 0000330492 under my customer ID 1016470783. It is regretted to inform that despite assured customer care no telephone has yet been installed at my residence. My res address is as under :-
