Dear Sir,
This is with reference to internet service provided by bharat sanchar nigam limited (Broad Band connection). Since last 3 months I had been paying BSNL for internet connection but even after several time complaints I had not been provided services. My telephone (0542-2369688) is always out of order, and on complaining to BSNL office they are targeting to Nagar Nigam (Varanasi), as lots of digging is going on in Varanasi for some renuvation work. Because of that my work is seriously affected and unnecessarily I am paying almost 850 Rs. per month.
Please look into the matter and find what could be done regarding the whole issue.
