My mobile number is 9432060660. I don't have any network in this number for the last 3 days (from July 1). Error message is "No Network available". As a result I have been facing immense problem. I lodged a complaint with the BSNL customer care services on 2nd July - Complaint number is 753603. But till date I have not received any response from the Service provider's side.
It is needless to mention that I have already checked up this SIM with other mobile. But the problem still exists. My message card's validity is also nearing to expire for this technical failure of this Service provider.
As a result I don't have any other option but to lodge a complaint with you.
Please take care of this case and get me relieved at your earliest.
