I have bought Two BSNL connection recently (1 month before) 8547661178& 8547661187. I ever got a polite and proper answer for my complaints from BSNL call center 9447024365. Once i contacted the same call center for registerting a network coverage related complaint from my 8547661187 which i have been using for the past 30 days but the reply was my no is not valid and he disconnected my call. this type of experinces occured many times. The important thing is that BSNL don't have a Nodal officer in Kerala Circle as of the informations from their call center. Poor customer service from the no 1 service provider.
