I would like to inform you that my land line No .0484 2389889 is not in operation, only the incoming call are accessible and the outgoing is fully banned. Inspite of repeatedly changing the instrument also nothing has happened. i dont know what exactly the problem is and we are two old people surviving here alone and no action has been taken so far . we are really in need of this important facility. so please Kindly investigate and do the needful to rectify the fault as soon as possible.
