I am a senior citizenof about 77 years old and am residing at Khora Colony. I am subscriber of landline telephone No.0120-2492525. The telephone is out of order for last more than 3-4 months, despite repeated complaint nothing has been done. After great harassment, I am constrained to request the local office to disconnect my aforesaid telephone. After great persuation, the officer present in the office has taken my complaint and told that the telephone would be disconnected after a week but nothing has been done till date.
Kindly take appropriate action and disconnect my aforesaid telephone immediately.
