NON ACTIVATION OF BROADBAND CONNECTION

Dear Sir / Madam,

I have submitted a form for a new landline phone, broadband as well as IPTV connection on august 16.

A new landline phone was installed on August19 but my broadband connection is not activated till now.

I have registered complaints to customer care centre, talked to General Manager but did not got my problem

solved.
