Unreasonable bill arise and get no BIS service from 5th September to till now

I have applied for a Post Paid 3G Sim (Phone no. 8902494656) and “BSNL Blackberry Plan III Unlimited GPRS Usage” service on 22nd August through Bhatpara Telephone Exchange.

As a result my SIM have been activated on 22nd August and My BSNL Blackberry service have been activated on 25th August. I got the message along with phone call from BSNL Blackberry service customer care on 25th August. From that date, I have started the unlimited Blackberry usages.

But I just came to know that my usage bill have been arise more than Rs. 8000/- and my service (Blackberry) have also been stopped from 05.09.2011 to till now. I have communicated repeatedly with Bhatpara Exchange regarding this issue and already submitted an written complaint letter on 6th September to S.D.E. Marketing. But still now, I get no BIS service after 5th September.
