My bsnl landline phone no. is 0281-2240731, i have connection from since last 10yrs., the instrument is also install from last 10 yrs. i have complain many times for change of wire & instrumet, but from the employee of bsnl is answering that the co. has not having stock of new wire & instrument, at my home the connection of phone is working through 3 break, the instrument is also not working properly, if i complain then they show me the instrument which is also not working properly, due to rainy season my phone is dead for 2 to 3 days due to breakage of wire, but co. is told that due to heavy rain the problem occures, my moto to complain that i want the new instrument with caller ID & new wire from the ploe
