Shifting process and behaviour of people at exchange office

Hi, I am from chennai. Shifted house from Saligramam to Valsravakkam. My husband went to BSNL office. Filled the shifting form. AE said that shifting process will be completed within 2 days, but there was no response from BSNL office. 2nd day morning we reminded them on the shifting connection, there was no response. 3rd day my hubby again went and asked on this, they came by 3, and very much eager in getting the money for providing wiring connections. They did so many wiring connections and left, while my sister got a call (we were not in house) asking if line is up and she said yes when asked for new number, that person said we will update in an hour (still 1 hour didn't complete for them). that day evening line is dead :-(. Called to toll-free number, no proper response, then got exchange numbers from that person for that new area, From 4th day, Called them ring went on no one is there to pick-up the call. Finally they picked up the call and that guy i explained entire story he says who said your line is up, u didn't even get connection, here we have "system failure you wont get it soon". I asked can u approximately let us know when can we expect he is asking what i studied and criticizing me. when trying to explain he immediately put it on-hold and till now no response.

Really don't go for BSNL connections, got really fed-up with their activities
