1) I have not activated BSNL caller tune. But the same has been activated from 03-01-11and the amount was deducted from my account balance. I have sent a message BT DACT to 56700 for deactivation and then it was deactivated.
2) I have recharged for Rs. 20/- on 20-09. It was successfully recharged and balance amount displayed Rs.15.26/- But after a while, when I checked the balance it was reduced to Rs.-2.65/- Meanwhile I dialled for only 1minute. (Here I am availing 1 paise/second system). Still I cannot understand the utilisation of recharged amount.
In these ways amount is deducting from the balance amount without the knowledge of the customer. These are quite unfair.
In addition to this, I do not entertain all the commercial advertisements, music etc, through this BSNL service. For this, DNC (Do Not Call) has sent to 1909. It is also pending
