Our phone is going dead at every a month with the Internet broad band connection. As usual we are complaining the authority but the response will not be acceptable. They are taking at least three weeks to fix the problem. And it is working for the remaining one week only. But we are paying a full month rent for both of these connections. Really we have doubt about the actions of BSNL staffs. May be they are doing this purposely to help other corporate companies and surely they will get the payment. So you have to take care of it, otherwise BSNL will be a history in nearest future. All the customers will select a good company, if you will perform the same. Now our land line and broad band is still dead since one week. We will wait two more months, if there is no progress, we have to choose the same way, as noted above.
