NOT giving Broad Band Connection

Dear Sir,

We are unable to get Land Line Phone and Broad Band connection at S P Y Reddy model colony. Local BSNL personnels are saying that we can't give you connection. So many times we requested for Phone and Broad band connection. Pls solve our problem as soon as possible.
