Landline, broad band not working

Dear sir/madam,

we have made compalint regarding our landline with broadband not working by visiting the office persanally last 15 days back itself, but there was no response.hence we registered our complaint in bsnl with no-15298776822

but so far there no response.kindly consider this matter and do the needful. This connection belongs to

K.V venugopal[Ex-MLA, AICC] .If action not taken the complaint will be forwaded to minister of telecommunication.
